| Okay, I received my guitar without a case as well. I called Amazon and the guy I spoke with was great. He apologized and said yes, it is a listing error but he made it right by offering a bit of a discount on the already low price which I thought was extremely fair. I've ordered a hard case now and although I had to pay some out of my own pocket, I know I'm getting a decent case as well. It's all good in the end and the guitar is well worth the price paid! |

| Received my guitar today & it was also missing the hard case. Called Amazon and they were great. 5 stars for the customer service. They gave me a partial refund on the already low price. Guitar is beautiful |
